OLYFIT

OLYFIT is an Olympic Barbell Movement Class that is offered 15 times a week Monday-Saturday. This class teaches individuals the proper technique on Olympic Movements that range from the Bench Press and Squat to the Power Clean and Power Clean Jerk. This program is catered to the individual and designed based off of percentages from their 1 rep maxes on each core lift.

ATHLETIC TRAINING

OLYFIT is an Olympic Barbell Movement Class that is offered 15 times a week Monday-Saturday. This class teaches individuals the proper technique on Olympic Movements that range from the Bench Press and Squat to the Power Clean and Power Clean Jerk. This program is catered to the individual and designed based off of percentages from their 1 rep maxes on each core lift. We have three strength days and three conditioning days a week that consist of Russian Kettlebell Movements, Barbell Movements, and Calisthenics. Each OLYFIT member will have an assessment and will be reassessed routinely with assigned diets as well. Whether it is personal goals or just striving to live a healthier lifestyle, whatever your desire is we can achieve it in OLYFIT! What are you willing to "sacrifice" to be great?

If you want to separate yourself from being a “good” athlete to becoming a “great” athlete, 1 on 1 training is as intense as it gets. With customized training programs based on the sport and position, we are able to isolate and assess the athlete to assure that performance is maximized while demonstrating proper mechanics to prevent injury.
